About Levro

Levro is building a new global bank.

Our cornerstone product is a a multicurrency business neobank that allows companies to collect, hold, and pay in 34 currencies within a single interface. We help software and ecommerce companies make international payments as easy as domestic payments, minimizing fees, redtape, and errors . We are 2x YCombinator batchmates who have experience in regulated financial spaces and expertise with deep enterprise integrations. Abeer built a $1.5B machine learning enabled hedgefund with LPs like MIT and GIC, and Cathy built a profitable big data company that processed $4B of retail data.

We’re looking for the core team that will build Levro into the operating system for international commerce.

What we’re hiring for:

We are looking for a strong generalist who will play an integral role in helping shape our business operations - from product to full stack of customer acquisition, and from market analysis to marketing, writing copy, sourcing, closing and onboarding customers. This role will report to our CEO, and will involve planning, leading, and implementing a variety of strategic projects that will help Levro scales.

Because of the scope, the ideal candidate has experience in both thinking strategically and in digging deep into a problem and implementing a solution.

What You’ll do:

• Work across strategic, product, and customer acquisition directly with the co-founders as we ship our MVP
• Drive the go-to-market strategy as we acquire our first 100 customers
• Analyze product, strategy, and marketing to figure out our key customer needs, and how to explain the Levro product to them
• Champion customer needs to product and design teams
• Project manage multiple initiatives to keep release on time and coordinated
• Develop and execute a sales development strategy - setting up our first paid search campaign, ensuring that we are measuring media spend effectively, and layering on additional customer acquisition strategies based on what we learn about our customers
• Develop, manage,and scale various processes within the customer lifecycle - this can span from user onboarding to setting up NPS surveys
